Rukova Catalyst is our flagship convening series, bringing together bold thinkers, grassroots leaders, financiers, creatives and policy shapers to spark breakthrough ideas and actions for climate and nature transformation. Each gathering is designed to ignite momentum through dialogue, co-creation and cross-sector exchange, opening new pathways for investment, innovation and impact. Whether held in local communities or on global stages, Catalysts amplify underrepresented voices, foster unconventional alliances and mobilise the change agents needed to drive a just and regenerative future. More details will follow.
Our experiments span agriculture, energy, and nature-based systems, exploring how smart design, finance, and community insights can regenerate ecosystems while improving livelihoods.
Each project is a living prototype, tested in real conditions, refined with local feedback and designed to scale what works. From clean cooking innovations such as KoGAS to regenerative farming pilots and decentralised energy models, we are shaping what comes next, now.

Rukova Advisory works with SME’s, companies, financial institutions and investors to design climate and nature strategies that are ambitious, credible and actionable. Whether aligning operations to a 1.5°C pathway, embedding nature-based solutions, moving toward a circular economy or strengthening alignment with global sustainability standards, we provide sharp insight, tailored frameworks and deep contextual understanding to help organisations lead with impact.

This lab began with a question I could not shake: what if climate action started from the ground up, rooted in the realities of those most affected?
My work is an ongoing experiment in designing bold, regenerative systems that connect finance with local innovation.
