Rukova Catalyst is our flagship convening series that brings together bold thinkers, grassroots leaders, financiers, creatives, and policy shapers to spark breakthrough ideas and actions for climate and nature transformation. Each Catalyst gathering is designed to ignite momentum — through deep dialogue, co-creation, and cross-sector exchange — unlocking new pathways for investment, innovation, and impact. Whether hosted in local communities or on global stages, Catalysts serve as launchpads: surfacing underrepresented voices, catalysing unconventional alliances, and mobilising the change agents needed to drive a just and regenerative future. More details to follow.
Our experiments span across agriculture, energy, and nature-based systems, exploring how smart design, finance, and community insight can regenerate ecosystems while improving livelihoods.
Each project is a living prototype — tested in real conditions, refined with local feedback, and built to scale what works. From clean cooking innovations like KoGAS, to regenerative farming pilots and decentralised energy models, we’re building what’s next, now.

This lab began as a question I couldn’t shake — what if climate action started from the ground up, rooted in the realities of those most affected? My work is an ongoing experiment in designing bold, regenerative systems that bridge finance and local innovation.
